Short Biography


In 1986 , he set up his own school . Alongside his life as a teacher , Jaime ArĂ´xa , choreographs plays, movies , novels , shows.
In 1989/1990 she choreographed and danced his first work for television at the opening of the novel Kananga 's Japan Network Headline extinguished , earning national recognition which afforded him many invitations and other works for the theater and television . Studied salsa in Cuba and Costa Rica , including exchanges at the National School of Cuba . Traveled to several countries in Europe studying dance competition , including : France , Italy and Germany .
Studying tango for over ten years in Argentina , Buenos Aires making its second city.
He studied jazz and classical ballet and developed his theatrical knowledge. Besides dancing , lectures for various industries such as : physiotherapy , physical education ( ENAF ) , teaching and leadership . In his lectures develops several themes using anthropology , philosophy and life experience .
Conceived and conducted the First International Meeting of Ballroom Dancing in 1995 , the Hotel Gloria ( RJ ) , with representatives from various parts of the world , which marked the beginning of a work oriented information and retraining of teachers of dancing pair . Currently the Summer Course for Teachers is held 2 times a year , in January and July , with audiences throughout Brazil. The course content prioritizes Teaching Techniques developed along its trajectory , highlighting topics such as Driving and Contact, Musicality , Posture and Balance. In 1997 performs the II International Meeting , which presents the Brazilian public competitive dance : Rio de Janeiro brings to the couple of Danish world champion Ballroom Dancing.
